Gulf Work Experience:

I was employed by M/s SPECK SPATIAL TECH. appointed as Document Controller for MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND WORK project for the period of two years in KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN.

(2008 to 2010)

I was employed by M/s Olympic Contracting Co.W.L.L.(Kingdom Of Bahrain) for secretary cum Document Controller for the following projects: (2011-2019)

1.As per Consultant M/s Ismail Khonji Associates requirement. I was appointed as Secretary cum document controller for Project Name: 220kV & 66kV Transmission Development (42 Substations) duration of project was 2011 to 2013.

2.As per Consultant M/s GULF HOUSE ENGINEERING requirement as was appointed as Secretarial works for project name: ISA TOWN MIXED USED DEVELOPMENT Housing Project consist of 324 Apartment 16 store Buildings for duration of 2014-2015.

3.Worked as HR assistant at Olympic Group head office for one year – 2016.

4.As per company site team requirement I was appointed as secretary cum document controller for Project: Toyota Central Parts Department at Salmabad for duration of 2017 – 2019.

Duties &Responsibilities

As I was document controller, my responsibility for coordinating with site team and maintain all the document control and information flow requirements relating to all incoming and outgoing drawings, Instructions, Request for information, correspondences and reports.

General support to the Project Manager and also with site team administration. Maintaining the project calendar.

Preparing and issuing formal Document Transmittal for all outgoing documents for their concern action.

Monitoring incoming queries (RFI’s) and information on project wise to follow-up that all actions are completed.

Monitoring all pending documents, drawings, etc. from Consultant to be issued.

Preparing and updating the site reports, minutes of meetings and other documentation whenever required.

Preparing and issuing the Monthly Progress Report to consultant.

Acting as first point of view contact for Consultant and contractor for all project documents.

Maintaining all correspondence and other transmittals from the Consultant/Client and other subcontractor etc. in systematic way for easy reference at all time.

Registering incoming and outgoing documents of various contractors.

Dispatching documents for action to concern Engineer.

Preparing monthly Minutes of Progress Meeting.

Handling incoming mail and other materials.

Set up and maintain filing system.
