I'm a hardware product designer, growth hacker, brand strategist, user researcher and design thinker. Basically out of the box thinking and problem solving techniques are my main strengths. I have experience in Edu-tech, FMCG, Organic, Waste-tech, Fit-tech, home automation, rider accessories, interiors and furniture designer. With all these experience I want to pursue more and I want to face much bigger challenges. I work best under pressure and will deliver results in unconventional methods. I was a one man team of the R&D, I was given a task of designing a expanding table

(coffee table to dining table). Had great time working in an Interior designing company, I even completed a structural design of a wooden house with all the interiors as well. It was an early stage startup and I worked more than what I earned. But had a great time as I got a lot of time to experiment all of my ideas. 03-19 - 06-19

This was a completely different sector for me, Organics and FMCG. The products and customers were completely different and had to learn and research a lot about the vast scale. I mainly worked on the quality of the product along with user experience with the product.

What I learnt was "Making the best product is only half way, marketing and customer satisfaction is the rest". Improvisation and concentrating on content of the product was really important. So learnt a lot from the owner Mr. Vijay Ranga Vittal. More than a mentor we became friends and I'm regularly associated with the company products.

Nocpro is a cluster of different services and re-seller, 1. Co-cycles: a bicycle rental startup for gated communities, I mainly did online marketing and promotions, also regularly involved in the inventory and service optimization.

2. Garbodrain: a waste-tech startup involved in solving the daily kitchen waste and converting it to gas/manure/slurry, I managed the online promotions, sales, marketing ideas, product demonstration at kiosks. Also handled the flyer designing by incorporating info-graphics.

3. Pert Home automation: an Iot startup dealt with devices for security, light sensor, gas-leakage sensor, WiFi automation of electrical devices etc. Here I did affiliate marketing by bringing in customers of a apartment builders, Interior design firms. 02-18 - 11-18

Club of Indian Professional Engineers, my mentor Ved Uke was a gem of a person. He helped me in building and supporting my startup idea to a prototype and along that I handled their startup consultancy. Learned a lot in terms of problems faced by different companies at different stages. Also solved many technical problems and oversaw operations and coordinated with managers regularly to conduct successful sessions.
