Sales:-

Maximize the sales by consistently giving the highest standards of customer service.

Organize and manage the commercial merchandising of the shop floor.

Co-ordinating with the Area Manager for Planning and Implementing of Events like

Conducting the SWOT analysis of the Department on a weekly basis

* Prepare the Monthly and Yearly Action Plan and forward to Area Manager.

* Effective control of incoming and outgoing stocks in line with Goods Transfer Notice (G.T.Ns)

Giving the customer feedbacks to the Area Manager on new arrivals.

Monitoring the faulty stock and right off on timely basis.

Formulating the weekly Rota of the staff and floor planner.

Conducting the SWOT analysis of the Department on a weekly basis

Administration:-

Monitoring the cashiers and cash related activities of the store.

Maintaining close liaison for day-to-day activities with Finance Department of Head office and also with Warehouse.

Reconciliation of the day- to –day cash and credit transactions of the store.

Reconciliation of the G.T.Ns (Goods Transfer Notice) from the Warehouse.

Maintain and Generation of Sales Reports and Sales summary of the store on daily basics.

Verification of cash deposited in each till points with status reports.

Verification of price over rides, discounts, and refunds reports.

Maintaining of till floats, extra floats and petty cash of the store.

Carryout the Till Training procedures for the newly join staffs.
