JOB DESCRIPTIONS / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.PROJECT ENGINEER 1984-1998
A. Directly responsible of the following machines in operation
as well as preventive / repairs, maintenance and installation
of piping materials.

B .Directly responsible of all the piping system and pipe
support such as water, steam, condensate return, compress
air recovery water line in design, planning layout and
materials take-off and other related works and
fabrication work such as tank, chimney and other.
C. Directly responsible in monitoring monthly operating
expenses such as spare parts, materials, office supplies,
repair / maintenance, gas, lubes/ oil and others.
D. Directly responsible in execution of scope of works, planning /
design other features for all piping works and fabrication.
E. Directly responsible of manpower execution for schedules
and maintenance work programs.
2. SAFETY OFFICER 2004-up to present:
Maintain complete detailed knowledge of all company Safety Rules and Regulations.
Conduct orientation of all newly hired company employees and contractors’ employees to ensure all company policies and procedures are clearly understood.
Provide supervisors with tool box training materials on a weekly basis for personnel training.
Conduct safety training for supervisors for the continuous improvement of safety performance and education.
Participate in pre-phase planning sessions to provide safety guidelines, practices and procedures.
Inspect the job site on a daily basis and report to the relevant supervisor and Production Manager any necessary corrective action.
Review environmental health and safety items on a regular basis to determine necessary actions.
Closely monitor accident rates and costs to determine if any specialist programs or procedures should be implemented.
Conduct Safety Audit at monthly intervals.
Conduct detailed accident investigation and ensure all required paperwork’s is forwarded to the Plant Manager.
Ensure all procedures contained within the safety program are implemented.
Participate in all coordination and safety meetings to discuss relevant safety topics.
Ensure the employees discipline procedure in enforced by company management.
Review safety performance notices as necessary.
Ensure all required posting are prominently displayed on bulletin
boards throughout the facility.
Implement and participate in the Safety Award Program to recognize excellent Safety Achievement.
Initiate color code system to ensure all plant equipment, and electric tools are checked on a quarterly basis.
Conduct training courses in various disciplines e.g. fire fighting, evacuation procedure, supervisor Safety, first aid etc.
