• Handling Day –to –Day site activities, Supervising a team of Foreman and Technicians.
• Study of drawings and execution of work as per approved drawings
• Responsible for daily reporting on all projects including safety, progress, delivery of materials issues, accommodation, transport, labor and all resources affecting the works to construction Engineers/ project Engineers / managers.
• Planning and Monitoring the site activities as per the schedule and resolving various site related issues by coordinating among various subcontractors and attending project and design meetings as required.
• Knowledge of various system such as AC & DC power distribution system .
• Power Transformers, LV & MV switchgear distribution boards, HV & MV cable jointing
• Basic Knowledge of control system such as DCS, & ESD etc,.
• Carryout Testing of cables.
• Carryout Testing & Pre commissioning .
• Conduct tool box talks on to the team assigned on daily basis.
• Daily work progress report to the respective project engineer.
• Coordinate daily site inspection inclusive of preparation of weekly and daily notifications, inspection sheets,attending site meetings and written reports and giving presentation to manager and the client
• To check the entire work as according to approved drawings
• Check all materials have been delivered to site and all materials inspection report have been completed
• Coordinating with client, consultant and contractors
• Ensure that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
