Worked as a Content Server (aka Livelink) Developer. My job role was to design and build automated processes to reduce organization cost and manual error.

Key Projects:

Built the interface to capture critical pipeline information by business area and to associate the data to a related record following a complex validation process. This solution included creation of multiple categories and attributes with complex business validations and relationships between data, pipelines and pipeline segments

Development of interface to populate ArcGIS with data and records captured within Livelink

Built the Matter Compass Solution for the Legal team to capture their data.

Design and Developed Document Review & Approval workflow that included many validations.

Design and Developed Document filing workflow to create folder structure, file doc and apply category data.

Documentation, support and training users on how to use the Syntergy Bulkload utility to load pipeline records and associate metadata.

Complex reporting to support validation and quality assurance; reporting for executive leadership within Law at Enbridge, and schedule jobs and report to run every night for data validation, emails to the Lead counsel when a key date or any task’s due date arrives.

January 2008 – January 2012

Worked as a Content Server (aka Livelink) Developer & Admin, Technical Support, Project lead and Onsite Co-Ordinator. My job role included server administration, build and automate processes, develop reports. This required collecting requirements, analysis, estimates and managing an offshore technical team.

Key Projects:

Build/Train a technical support team of 8 members and a development team of 4 members.

Designed and developed workflows, forms, and form views to build automated processes.

Example: AFE Workflow, Workflow for Finance, Workflow for Plant Sustainment, Document Review and Approval workflow.

Designed and developed several modules, and request handlers, functions, webLingo files for Transmittals, Document Management Services, Plant Sustainment, CERLL requiring complex O-Script, and weblingo files.

Built event scripts for different workflow steps, email notifications, folder/structure creation with specific permissions, and automated category and attribute value assignments from Workflow attributes.

Designed and developed categories especially for key business areas including Plant Sustainment, Human resources, Training and Learning, CERLL, and Finance. Included development of complex categories within sets and cascading attributes.

Reporting: built various web-reports for different business units, reports scheduled nightly to complete data validation, notifications to document owner when review is due.

Worked on Extended ECM to link Livelink with SAP. Whenever business users create a Tag or Project in SAP it creates a corresponding folder structure in Livelink.

Many utilities: Bulk Permission update, Revision Type Status Change, Title Change, XREF, Version 07.09 redline, inserting project WBS and a number of other utilities using O-Script to avoid direct database updates and ensure high accuracy of information.

Completed two large data migration projects:

oEngineering Drawings migration from WinDIMS and NovaManage to Livelink

oCERLL retirement of WinDIMS and NovaManage and data migration to Livelink that included cleaning and converting the data. Finally migrated physical files and associated them to related data in Livelink.

Livelink upgrade from 9.5 to 9.7.1, testing, bug fixing
