Ataway – Sep/2019 to Present Day

Position: Oracle PeopleSoft Specialist Project Manager Hired to manage a small team of highly experienced consultants and assist them on the rollout like deployment of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 Localization Brazil at CBRE. CBRE uses PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Globally and wants to bring their business processes and practices to the Brazilian operation. Activities on this project are basically related to team/project management and activities coordination using SCRUM. Also working close to the client’s admins team, assisting them on solving issues related to Bundle application and environment related issues.

Parallel to the CBRE initiative, and through ORACLE partnership, working closely to Itaú Bank, assisting them on solving problems related to the migration of the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 from a Power (AIX) environment to a brand new Exadata environment. Itaú start facing many severe performance issues after the migration and I was the designated resource to performance the environment health check and provide recommendations to put the environment back on track and regain its previous stability. Among the improvements and performance regains, we managed to increase the amount of Pay roll processes executed in less than 5 minutes from 8829 calculation to 11190, only with by adjusting environment’s parameters and applying recommendations for specific problematic scenarios.

Hired to be part of the ORACLE Tower Support Team and assist clients to achieve best results and to reach highest productivity with their PeopleSoft Environments. Day- to-day activities are mainly related to manage the support of PeopleSoft Services
