# Project 1: Annual Compensation Project 2016 & 2017 Cluster: North America

Time Span: Dec ‘15– Present

This has been a sub project which have been worked upon for 3 months and successfully moved to production during the month of November 2016 & November 2017.

The project was about the compensation for employees and there are plenty of reports where changes were made as per the latest ratings which employees get.

There were few pay slips where we had to add the WT’s and include design changes as well.

Manager based reports and employee-based reports, where the entire previous salary of the employee and under manager will be displayed. So, there were many reports which was changed based on the new compensation which employee had got.

Production Support after project Go live.

# Project 2: HRP Forms Project 2017

Time Span: Jan’17– Nov’17

This Project is about forms which is developed using WEBDYNPRO ABAP.

Some of the Forms which have worked are Employee Position Change Form, Org Unit Form, Hire and Rehire Forms.

We have created each form for 5 countries with one main view and different sub screens. There were few challenges of handling different countries in one form.

Employee Position Changes has different types of action for Reason. For E.g., Promotion/Demotion/Union Affiliation Change. Hence, for all these types of actions we created different BDC’s and made the back-end update

# Project 3: PI Upgrade Project 2017

Cluster: North America

Time Span: Oct ‘17–Nov ’16

This project was to update the PI version 7.1 to 7.4, Since this upgrade can support many functionalities of the middle ware Integration.

Post the upgrade we made sure to test all the interface with respect to all modules has not been affected.

Some of the critical Errors has been solved in proper time so that business impact was avoided.

Successfully upgraded the production system recently and it was much appreciated by client.

# Project 4: SAP Yearend HRSP 2015/2016/2017

Every year the SAP system will get upgraded especially the HR system. Being a Development team, our role will be to support the critical issues which occurs during the upgrade.

During this phase will be regularly having the exercise like SPAU and SPDD activity.

During Each year we have supported end to end and successfully completed the project and met the Go-Live date without any delay.
