ROLES AND RESPONSEBILITY

Preparation & Review of All C & I drawing and documents like P&ID, Instrument index, I/O list, Hook-up diagram, Cable schedule, Interconnection /Loop diagram, Instrument schedule etc.

Planning and Execution of Instrumentations works (Field Instruments & Control System PLC/DCS)

Installation, Testing, Loop Checking and final Commissioning of Rockwell / Allen-Bradley PLC & SCADA System.

Installation, Testing, Loop Checking and final Commissioning of Invensys / FOXBORO & YOKOGAWA DCS & SCADA System

Study of Logic diagram, Ladder logics and all kind of Electrical diagrams like MCC Control circuit, VFD wiring diagram, LCS & LCP wiring diagram etc.

Troubleshooting in Control system (PLC/DCS, SCADA).

Conducting FAT and SAT activities of Control System.

Testing & Calibration of all Indicating Instruments like Pressure, Temperature & Level gauge

Testing & Calibration of all Switching Instruments like Pressure & Temperature Switches, Level switches (Vibrating Type, Mechanical Type)

Commissioning of Air compressor’s, Air dryer’s, UPS panels & etc.,

Involved in Pre- Commissioning, Commissioning & Plant Start-up activities.

Developing control program/control philosophy and modifying DCS graphics

Responsible for the co-ordination, management and scheduling of multiple vendors to ensure a seamless operating system

Attending & coordinating of safety meeting, first-aid training & well knowledge about work permits

Making of commissioning protocols and check list for all Instruments, VFD, Transformer, HT & LT motor panels which operates through PLC/DCS system

Testing of fire protection system and fire detector

Attending & co-ordination of site meetings with client/consultant/contractor

Troubleshooting of all make of Instruments like Rosemount, Endress & Hauser, Krohne, ABB and Yokogawa etc.

Installing and Establishing PROFIBUS, MODBUS communication of various part of system/instrument/device with DCS/PLC system

Preparation of final as built drawings and Maintaining documents related to Instrumentation
