PROJECT DETAILS & RESPONSIBILTIES

SALWA RESORT

Project Description: Designed to become one of the largest resorts and residential projects in the Middle East, Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas will include a water park, marina, dive center, cinemas, pools, health club, spa and a considerable retail space. In addition to the rooms and suites in the main hotel building, the resort will also include two small “villages” of family residences. Hill is providing project management consultancy services during the construction

Scope Of Work : SALWA RESORT involves construction of 84 GRP pools,7 Big Concrete Swimming Pools,140+ Water Features( which includes Big & small Pump Room) to filter water.

Work Activities involves excavation, steel structure, work at height, concrete, gunite concrete, work at height, installation of tiles & upvc pipes, electrical works etc.,

AL BAYT STADIUM

Project Description: A giant tent structure will cover this whole stadium in the northern city of Al Khor. The stadium will host matches right through to the 2022 FIFA World Cup™ semi-finals.

Scope Of Work: Supply, Delivery, Installation & Maintenance of Children Play area & Exercise Area Equipment’s

Conduct daily site HSE Inspections and submit report to HSE Manager.

Making H.S.E Plans, H.S.E Training Plan.

Conduct daily equipment inspections

Conduct HSE Induction and other project specific trainings for the workforce.

Project Description: The project will allow for over 150 new students between Grades 5 and 12 and facility enhancements to support ASD’s world class programs. These will include:

New elementary school library to replace the existing facility, Developed outdoor play areas in the elementary school courtyards.

Science labs to support the AP and IB programs

New fire suppression sprinklers throughout all buildings and other campus improvements

Scope Of Work: Construction of Additional elementary and secondary gyms.
