Nov 2011 to Nov 2015, 4 Years I have worked with VALUE ADDED COATING SOLUTION PVT. LTD.(GEMA INDIA) as Techinical Manager in Projects and Process in powder coating (Powder coating Plant.)

COMPANYPROFILE:-

Godrej & Boyce Mfg.Co.Ltd. works in 14 divisions and I am look for the interio, automotive and aerospace division parts for powder coating and Pre-treatement process and NPD along with fabrication and manufacturing.

Here I had seeing the Powder Coating plant along with Pre-treatment process, Quality Assurance In house, Manufacturing, Production Planning and maintenance of Powder coating along with P.T. Line.

Here I had seen the Paint shop with robotic arm, pre treatment process, production along with D-3 planning and quality assurance in house of powder coated materials.

LTD.(GEMA INDIA) I have installed number of powder coating plants across India like Tata Motors-pantnagar, Havells India-(Fan division), Western Consoliadete-rudrapur,Sitargang, Jindal India-kolkatta, Feddersllyod-rudrapur,Polycab in roorkee (fan division), new swan,Ludhiana, havells haridwar,Faridabad and nimarana for boiler division,. and many more automatic as well as (20 noms )manual plants.
