Developed project charter template for defining project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with project sponsor and stakeholders.

Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Plans and prepares project schedules, timelines, tracks and monitors budgets, project milestones, deliverables, issues and risks. Estimates resource requirements and skills required to complete project tasks and negotiates resources from within the applicable business division and IT Division. Develop and establish the Project Charter for all approved project, defining projects goals and objectives, cost estimates, risks, assumptions, resource levels, roles and responsibilities, work breakdown structure, flow charts, project milestones, and project deliverables.

Responsible for developing and updating the Detailed Project Plan/Schedule (DPP) in accordance with the Company’s DPP procedure for project execution and audit compliance with established procedures. Lead member for all project controls audits and reviews reporting directly to the Director of Operations and working cross-functionally with the project’s technical supervisors, project's technical package managers and discipline technical authorities.

Provided on-site project coordination support, tracked and reported project progress against the baseline, and constantly monitor project risk and opportunities while mitigation and back-up plans were proactively developed as required.

Prepare equipment request forms in accordance to project specific requirements as per company inventory and prepare equipment requisitions and/or leasing subcontracts for third party vendors. Manage site administration and logistics, work directly with accounting to process vendor invoices, purchase orders and subcontract milestones performance certificates as well as work directly with commercial manager to ensure all contract and sub-contractor activities and budgets are adhered to as outlined in bids as well as executed contracts to avoid cost overruns and ensure budgets and work schedules are maintained. Promote safety within the construction and execution sites, ensure work is performed in accordance with HSE regulatory policies and procedures, best practice standards and contract requirements. Ensure all project sites are provided with the right tools, equipment and PPE for designated work and ensure all project team members have the right training and endorsements to do the job. Ensured planning techniques and practices within AMEC were compatible with specific types of contract work considering the differing demands of separate business streams. Managed rescheduling activities associated with scope changes and variations to contract.
