Project: MERALCO Quality Management Mobility Project Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and Communication o Analyze client’s current and new business process, identify gaps, and recommends business solutions.
o Conducts requirements gathering and documentation of the high-level business process of a business unit with relation to IT projects, and defines and communicates business requirements of the business unit for endorsement to the appropriate IT delivery team. o Conducts business user requirements walkthrough session/s with sponsor, stakeholders, SMEs, product owners, end-users, client, and project team to ensure that requirements are correctly captured and documented and obtain sign-off from business units on the specifications.
o Prepares detailed Business Requirement Document and ensures that all requirements are captured at the proper level of detail and within the prescribed standards/guidelines. o Identify and reconcile errors in client data to ensure accurate business requirements. o Gathers and analyzes detailed requirements for change requests relating to change in scope/requirements
o Prepares change request document and obtain sign-off from business users. o Creates various documents required by the project (eg. Report Specification Document, User Manual, Test Case Document, UAT Certificates, etc.) o Documents all meetings and knowledge transfer discussions o Performs client, end-user, and SMEs training and system demonstration. o Performs knowledge transfer to operations and maintenance team during deployment/Go Live phase.
Planning, Monitoring, and Management
o Reviews work estimates on assigned project tasks in coordination with the Project Manager. o Participates in project planning and monitoring activities and ensures information is being cascaded down to project team.
o Provides status updates to project team for monitoring of business user requirements related activities.
o Ensures documentation of assigned processes or tools/systems is kept up to date. o Participates in pre-sales works for new project opportunities. o Creates project proposals for new project including timeline and project costing analysis.
Testing and Warranty
o Assists and conducts user acceptance testing, system integration testing, functional testing, and regression testing activities with the SME's and members of IT Delivery Team. o Works closely with application developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
o Reviews testing scenarios in coordination with the project team to ensure that they are aligned with requirements stated in software documentation. o Participates in project UAT and Warranty support phases. o Investigates and reports defects, bugs, errors, and issues raised by the SMEs, end-users, and clients during UAT phase activity to the project team. o Analyze requirement and create test plan or scenarios to be used in test execution o Prepares test data for test execution
