Responsible to conduct performance and durability tests during NPD & Engineering Change (EC) evaluation w.r.t Heavy commercial and passenger’s vehicle Brakes, Valves & boosters.
To carry out test as per DVP&R and follow test procedure as agreed with customer.
In-depth knowledge in handling Inertia Dynamometer, Fatigue rig, Climatic chamber and in testing stand.
Well versed with instrumentation with loggers, data acquisition and analysis methods for basic vehicle parameters like: Speed; Linear Displacement; Angular displacement; Fasteners Torque; Steering effort & braking force/efforts etc.
Responsible to records test observations, failures and prepare summarized product development report.
Fundamental working knowledge of Vehicles & interrelation between Frame & Chassis systems like: Suspension, Wheels & Tyres, Braking layout & leverage ratios & its effect on Handling, Stability & Braking parameters calculation using vehicle datasheet.
Design of test setup and fixtures.
Monitor Rig downtime & take corrective action.
Conversant with workshop equipment like: Welding, Drilling, Hand grinding, fabrication etc. for proto-part modification work.
Conversant with safety procedures for handling fuels, oils as well as well versed with riding safety practices
& PPEs.

In this innovative project build a low-cost printer, it can create a prototype of three-dimensional cad models.

This is done by considering various stress failures develop in the coupling and worked out in enhancing the design.
Fabrication of Pneumatic bar Feeding Mechanism - Diploma Final year Project.
This mechanism is effectively useful for continuous auto job clamping as well as feeding job to power Press and Power hacksaw machines.
