Lead the diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement practices and processes across the globe enterprise wide. Oversee the design and development of an enterprise-wide strategy that will deliver stronger diversity outcomes, more inclusive behaviors and practices and strengthen our engagement culture.

Created and executed a companywide Diversity and Inclusion strategy.

Compliance Manager-Group Compliance Officer, April 2008 – March 2013

Managed the compliance program for 6 divisions. Monitored interactions between our sales and marketing teams and health care professionals. Created processes that aligned to the DOJ requirements.

Created a compliance department and processes from the ground up covering grants, donations, healthcare professionals, indirect channels, on label and reimbursement.

Implemented the Ethics Point System, trained and launched with HR. Managed 236 investigation from 2008 – 2012.
