My responsibilities were to properly take care of each guest. This includes taking their food and drink orders, as well as, making bar drinks for the entire restaurant. When needed, I also took care of all to-go orders. I was part of the training team where I helped train and develop customer service skills in servers- ensuring that all customers have a great experience while dining with us. When I was a shift lead, I was assigned either the front of house (servers and guests) or the back of house (kitchen duties.) In both locations of the store, it was my job to assist anyone and everyone. Shift leads are similar to assistant managers with the fact that we possess all of the capabilities they do. Shift leads are available to solve problems with guests or apply discounts and void items.

October 2015 to April 2016: Fitness Service Manager -Gold’s Gym

I was the Fitness Service Manager for Gold’s Gym Evans Road and Gold’s Gym Legacy Trails. My responsibilities as manager included training and developing the Fitness Department. I provided motivation and leadership for new and existing trainers while making sure personal trainers were scheduled properly for training sessions with clients. I was responsible for the overall revenue generation of the Personal Training Department to obtain short and long-term financial goals. I also worked closely with the Sales Manager to provide training and leadership for the Fitness Consultants. In addition, I worked with the Head Gold’s Fit Coach to help generate class members and overall revenue growth. Working together with all three departments guaranteed to create a fun and energetic atmosphere within Gold’s Gym. This type of atmosphere was essential to provide our Gold’s family with the best possible opportunities to achieve their potential through fitness.

November 2014 to September 2015: Personal Trainer -Gold’s Gym

I worked closely with the Fitness Manager, Sales Manager, Fitness Consultants, and Front Desk Associates. It was my job to work with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals while properly educating them along the way. I also instructed a Kettlebell Class educating members on how to properly use a kettlebell while providing a strong, motivational workout. When I was not working with a client, it was my responsibility to maintain a safe, energetic, and clean environment. I helped the Fitness Managers with new trainers aiming to mold the most talented and successful Personal Training department.

My responsibilities as Lead Cook included preparing guests’ meals properly, making sure every order was correct and fresh. I trained new cooks at individual stations ensuring they would properly know how the entire kitchen worked as a team.

My responsibilities included scheduling clients and receiving proper directions and information about the task at hand, assigning that job to team members, and providing customer service to anyone that needed any help pertaining to Oil, Gas, or Injection Wells.

My responsibilities included scheduling and receiving proper information for job sites while training and working closely with field hands. I was required to collect client payments, as well as, supervise all the field hands during the job making sure everything was done properly and safely.
