Panasonic Avionics Corporation designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and installs customized in-flight entertainment and communications solutions to airlines worldwide including in-flight shopping, phone service, email, video games and GPS flight location display. Panasonic Avionics Corporation is an approved supplier to both Boeing and Airbus. It is a subsidiary of Panasonic Corporation of North America, the principal North American subsidiary of Panasonic Corporation.

Responsibilities:

Created Supplier Sync Interface between Workday and Oracle Payables (AP) using API’s to Create/Update Suppliers (Employees), Supplier Sites and their Bank Accounts.

Created Item Master Interface to import Items and its attributes to multiple Organizations using Item Master API’s and assign Item Categories from DMS (Legacy System) to Oracle.

Created AP Invoices Interface to Import Invoices from Concur System to Oracle Payables (AP). These invoices consist of Employee Travel related expenses - Credit Cards, Cash transactions. (Built a shell script and a control file to get the extract from Concur ftp server to Oracle Server and then load the data into Oracle Staging table. Developed PL/SQL Procedure to validate data in the staging table and import them into Payables Open Interface tables and then to AP tables).

Created an interface using PL/SQL to send out Payments from Oracle Payables back to Concur.

Created Price Lists Interface to create Customer Pricelists and add Item Prices in Pricing module tables using Pricing API’s.

Created Oracle Inter Org Transfer Interface to transfer Inventory from one Org to another using API’s.

Developed an interface to load historical orders (sales) from legacy system to Oracle OM.

Developed an On-Hand Quantity interface in Oracle Inventory (INV).
