Day to day duties included deposits and money management, reviewing and analyzing dashboard metrics, taking and maintaining inventory, hiring and developing new staff and new management, overseeing sales, managing member accounts, and conflict resolution.

Responsible for running the club at full capacity while the general manager was not there. This included overseeing the other front desk staff and team leads to ensure that company policies were being followed and everyone was working towards the metric goals for the month. I was also responsible for knowing all dashboard metrics regarding my club and being able to effectively relay that information to supervisors and other managers in our company. During my time as the Assistant Manager and Team Lead of our Waterbury location we were able to Club of the Month 8 times based on exceeding all metrics.

As a team lead I took on the extra responsibility of making sure that other staff members are staying on track for daily, weekly, and monthly goals. I also assisted the assistant and general manager in hiring, inventory count, and training new staff.

As a front desk associate my main responsibilities included greeting and checking in members, helping members sign up for new accounts, or cancelling old accounts. Through my shifts we would also be responsible for cleaning the facility and the equipment and keeping a tidy and presentable work place.
