• Lead application selection, design, implementation and deployment of SAP’ Human Capital Management solution (SAP HCM) for company’s union HR and payroll processes.

• Managed conversion from PeS to SAP HCM.

• Lead selection effort of SAP HCM to be used as single employee master for GE and Comcast, NBCU joint venture.

• Responsible for system identification, build, functional design, policies, processes and procedures, for all functions relating to US Domestic/Puerto Rico and Canadian payroll including, functional execution, taxes, accounting and Union dues, Pension Health and Welfare. Operational solution utilizes; SAP HCM for HR/Comp/Ben, and Union Payroll, Union PH&W, Participation and Residuals Payments. • Directly manage and provide strategic, tactical, and operational leadership to develop and sustain systems, processes, and resources, supporting payroll operations with $4.2B annual gross payroll, covering 30,000 Exempt Staff, Union, Non-Union Non-Exempt, and 200,000 residual employees; issue 132K 2014 W2’s.

• Designed and managed operating mechanisms in these areas to ensure compliance and enforcement, including oversight of associated systems and applications. Director Disbursements (2004 - 2005)

• Held controllership and management of Purchase to Pay process for SAP and PeopleSoft, Universal and legacy NBC, including Accounts Payable, Travel and Living (T&L) and P-Card operations.

• Directed and established policy, process and procedures for operation with over 100 Purchase order creators; 45 Accounts Payable processors in India and 13 in Mexico; with cash disbursements in OR and document management in Florida; weekly throughput averaged over 500 PO’s created, 2,000 invoices processed, and 3,800 payments with a value of over $8B.

• Sponsored development, enhancements and / or break / fix projects for SAP Application Support relating to SAP Purchasing, Accounts Payable, as well as, T&L and P-Card interfaces; developed functional requirements, use case analysis, and user acceptance testing of project deliverables.

• Designed, developed, and managed SAP Training, for FI/CO, FI/AP, MM, and PS for 2000+ users; identified need, developed and deployed Online Quick Reference, primary training tool for SAP users. Developed and executed SAP FI project’s Business Readiness Plan that documented strategy and tasks for Organizational Change Management, business impact identification, role establishment, project communications, and end user training methods and material development.
