“Global PRIMO” is a Global Finance program in Sony Electronics. Global PRIMO this means consolidating the SAP financial platforms globally. GPW is a Migration project in which the two major SAP systems of SONY are merged into one since the two systems are merged there are some data conflicts identified due to which the SAP dependent downstream application (which are getting feeds or interacting with SAP) has to change accordingly. I have been involved in the Contact Manager and CRM applications.

Contact Manager: Contact Manager is one of the applications in GPW-Downstream internal applications. It is used to manage dealer contact information and complaints received from dealers. The scope of the project is to analyze and update impacted data and to handle Contact Manager application changes. Contact Manager receives data from SAP via and vice versa.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management): As name indicates this application will be used to maintain the customer’s relationship with the organization. Customers can access this application and log their issues like Sony products parts repair, model exchange. CRM receives data from various sources like SAP, Web Methods, Informatica and vice versa.
