WellCare Health Plans, Inc. is a Florida based health care provider that provides managed healthcare plans primarily through Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Prescription Drug plans for more than 4.4 million members across the country. Member Portal is a CMS based web platform which is rearchitected on the top of existing web portal to provide flexibility of managing web content through a rich web content editor that facilitates content authors to manage web content with minimal effort. It also provides Sitecore inbuilt analytics feature for market study and define market strategy for customer satisfactions.

Responsibilities:

Directly involved in requirement analysis meetings with business analyst to gather project requirements and prepared low-level technical document that portrays the business rules and interactions between different subsystems.

Conifer – A US based organization majorly targeting on Revenue Cycle Solutions, for the US hospitals, which ensures the timely delivery and accurate billing and there by reduces the account receivable days and denials.

The operations portal is an internal web site used by Conifer operations team to track the incoming and outgoing messages. The messages here referred as the batch of flat files. The BizTalk server will parse and receive / send the message.
