Position:Team Lead/ Senior Developer.

VAX Application is a platform and a marketplace to connect the travel agents and travel suppliers. The major scope of this application is to market and sell the vacation packages. VAX provides the feature to customize the vacation along with the Air travel, Hotel booking, Car Booking and in destination features. VAX application is developed with EPiServer (Content Management System), it gives the full flexibility for the travel agents to customize the deals, UI, the placeholder of the contents and the custom access privileges.

The Major feature of this application is used to track the activities in terms of performance of the funds, holdings and partners associated with the parent entity. GPW is being used for tracking and reporting of the equity which are available for the fund accounts. GPW provides or enables a feature for the end user to customize the part of a report to investigate more on the funds flow and its performance.

Position: Senior Developer.

The Flight Attendant (FAROMS) is a system that automates the current legacy process to comply with the current technological facilitates. FAROMS-ROTA (Reserves Open Time Award) system will assign open Sequence (which are called as trip as well) to Mainline Flight Attendants for the selected flight operating date which is always the next day. FAROMS-ROTD (Reserves Open Time Daily) system runs on demand to cover up left over sequence from ROTA with the standby’s or ROC (Remain on Call) flight attendants. Every Reserves FA must go through the defined set of contracts and legality to get the sequence to be awarded or assigned by the system. Further the system will interact with various components like FOS, Flight hub, eSoa using MQ’s and finally the data are being publish to Mainframe Airline system (SABRE).

QIK (Qantas Intelligent Keypad), which is .widely used by Airlines Company for Ticketing, Checking, Flight scheduling, Passenger management etc. QIK Provides a front end to the mainframe’s GDS (Global Distribution System). QIK connects to the backend database (SABRE) through Q32 & SPE Client Applications, which does format the entries/results to and from SABRE and SHARES DB. QIK Application has been deployed in different locations of airport such as gate, tower, ticket counter, curbside, POC, Information Centers and every location has different level of access and restrictions. There are dedicated training environments for the application users based on their role. The agent can view the reports, bag waiver process, passenger transfer, SSR’s, upgrades.

The hierarchy level of approval to move the applications will be maintained by the ADC Tool. The Migration tasks are managed with the AMIT Tool. Once the Migration is done the Retirement process follows with the decommissioning of old server components.
