Site Manage and Project Managed Yearly carriageway resurfacing and recycling Schemes (£1.7m).

Project managed as well as site managed various Enfield council’s resurfacing schemes which also entail an insitu recycling of tar bound materials, ensuring projects are completed to deadline and on budget to a very tight programme. Project management entails liaising with various subcontractors and ensuring programme runs smoothly and to budget.

Project managed various footway renewal schemes for Enfield Council and Haringey Council (section 278) footway schemes. (Various Budgets)

Assume full responsibility of a Project manager for the yearly Boroughs footway schemes programme as well as some TfL schemes, ensuring various footway schemes are delivered on time, on budget and ensuring the safe working conditions are met on concurrent schemes without compromising on quality.

Project Engineer – Kier (Freelance) Surrey County Council (Schemes) August 2018 – Present

• Project managing Safety barrier schemes, drainage schemes and structures schemes.

• Engage with the client to advice on buildability and traffic management during the ECI stage.

• Pre-plan and mobilise highways improvement scheme prior to handing over to site Supervisor.

• Review works information (PCI, STATs, drawings and specification)

• Review supply chains working Method Statement and Risk Assessment.

• Produce and maintain a programme of individual Highway Capital work streams

Project Engineer - Ringway Jacobs LOHAC North (Schemes) Sep2015 – August 2018

• Project manage various refurbishment works which includes Civil, mechanical and electrical works, to achieve a safe and acceptable condition for various pump stations on the Lohac North East network.

• Assume Project Management responsibilities for the successful delivery of projects as well as managing accurate budgets (BOQ and CVS) and finding viable solutions for the completion of various Structures, and pump station schemes.

• Currently managing Special Inspections (SI) works for various Structures within the Lohac North East contract.

• Maintaining accurate and up to date site records, site induction, toolbox talk, monthly site safety audit inspections, as well as ensuring site safety is adhere to by all supply chain.

• Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised, through contractual process, early warning and compensation event, whiles maximise project value.

• Regularly designing and reviewing Construction Phase Plans (CPP), Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and ensuring they are in compliance with company’s procedures.

Highways Supervisor (CVU) Central LOHAC (Core Services) Footway and Signs – (5 Month Contract) April 2015 – Sep 2015 (£900M)

• Scheduling and programming of maintenance and reactive works.

• Presentation of weekly toolbox talk and overseeing all near miss reports are dealt with.

• Ensuring risk assessment sheets, HAV (Hand Arm Vibration) sheets, COSHH assessment sheets and Stats searches including Permit to dig sheets are in place and updated.

• Ensuring all staff are site inducted and all site operatives time sheet and pre-approvals are accurate with the correct cost capture codes and updated.
