Cost saving of U$55,000 was implemented when Deep Sea Submarine is shipped using sea mode.

Switching of suppliers (Germany to Japan) for roller belt with saving of US$201,000 in a year.

Implemented VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) and achieved record saving of $85,000 per year.

Implement Supplier Quality Management system via on-line FCC (FCC Fulfillment Centre) system, reducing communication error / email correspondence (daylight saving), improve shipped quantity accuracy to 99.6% and commitment efficiency.

Achieved 92% of localization of suppliers for start-up environment.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
