OBJECTIVE

To be able to obtain suitable position that will contribute the company’s advancement in my field of expertise in Analytic Chemistry Laboratory, Environmental, Power plant water treatment, Chemical (wet lab analysis) Evaluation, Microbiology, Laboratory Instrumentation, Research and Development and ISO documentation.

PROJECT WORKS

Presented a project entitled FOULING REDUCTION PLATE TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER at open house exhibition held at Kongu Engineering College.

Project on REDUCTION OF FOULING IN SHELL AND TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER BY USING AMINES at Kongu Engineering College, Perundurai 2016.

Responsible for the Waste Water treatment and Analysis, Control and Monitoring before andafter treatment and final overflow produce before transferring to Kuwait Industrial waste water Authority.

Physicochemical Analysis and certification of incoming raw materials beforeproduction consumption.

Final control checking of initial raw skin products and final products beforeimport.

Research and Development of sludge and other things as per assigned by the owner/general manager of thefactory.

Laboratory Operation and establishment of machines/equipment methodology (eg., COD,BOD colony counter, conductivity meter, pH meter andetc.)

Documentation Control of laboratory reports (daily, weekly & monthly assays &inventory)

Final Evaluation of Laboratory Report & scheduling ofsubordinates.

PPE implementation and monitoring, Environmental control and Sanitation Control in theFactory and other duties and responsibilities as per assigned by the general manager/factoryowner.

Research and development for new products, raw materials and environmental samples (sludge, water, sound andair)

Implementation of ISO documentation and system management for ISO 9002, 17025 and14000

DM Plant operation (HMI operation).

Analysis are based on D.M water, Boiler feed water, Superheated steam, condensate water,

Saturated steam water, I/L Economizer, Boiler drum water, cooling tower water, D.M effluent water,

Raw water from difference source.

Hatch spectrometer, Conductivity meter, Turbidity meter, Bomb calorimeter, Mass balance,

To prepare standard solutions & Reagents & for adaptation the procedures for water analysis,

Coal analysis, instrumentation for laboratory equipment’s.

Monitoring Boiler water and waste water treatments.
