A. Technical Activities:

Maintenance activities: Maintaining plant at ZERO level break down & handling allover plant maintenance activities like Process/Packing machineries, Utility section (Boiler, ETP, RO, Turbine, Cooling Tower, Air compressor, Bio Filter), Rotary equipment's, Screw /Roto Pump/diaphragm pump, Screw Conveyors, Belt Conveyor/Elevators and Gearbox maintenance, In house Fabrication & development, Direct involved in MEP work of Plants, Guest house/Labour Colony, Maintaining Equipment efficiency as per design capacity, Maintaing the equipment records and Sending daily/weekly/monthly performance report to the management including Utility. Project activities: Successfully erected and commissioned several plants like Poultry feed plant, Aqua feed plant, Heat/energy recovery plants, Energy generation plant in India apart from this i was involved in several piping installation work like Fire Fighting, IBR pipe for steam line, Water flow line. Sugar Syrup line ETC. B. Commercial Activities: AMC renewal, New vendor development, Quotation arrangements, Negotiation, Preparing quotation comparison sheet & review it technically/commercially & place order, Generate ERP monthly inventory sheet & send to management, Maintaining spare procurement by its lead time, Well versed in ERP system, ISO, EMS, OHSAS Audit handled & its file maintaining as per standard, Closely monitored maintenance expenses & controlled it as per approved budget Etc.

Continuous monitor the key/imported spare parts stock of the critical equipments. Carryout all maintenance activities under food safety system & GMP guidelines. Smooth operation & maintenance of all process equipment’s i.e. Steam Peeler, Vaccum Candy Machine, Blancher, Kettles, Agitating Tank etc. Operation & maintenance of utility equipment like Boiler Plant, Cooling Tower, Air compressor etc.

Maintenance of plant water system like Effluent treatment plant, Soft water plant & RO Plant.

Carrying out routine maintenance activities & overhauling of rotary equipment like Pumps, Compressors, Gear box, Agitators, Conveyors etc. Fabrication & erection of pipelines & their maintenance. Keeping & reviewing history records of equipment and carrying out necessary corrective actions.

Carrying out annual shut down planning in co-ordination with production team & spare parts planning.

Inspection & quality check of incoming key spares & development of spares for cost effectiveness.

Maintain the work contract, work order & preparation of purchase order & follow-ups to different vendors for timely availability.

Development of new vendors as per plant requirement & maintain good relation for plant emergency.
