2018-Present Watershed Construction Project Engineer
Dalton Utilities – Dalton Georgia
Sewer Rehabilitation Project 2020 – Project Manage a $1 Million dollar CIPP Liner and Pipe Bursting Project to upgrade 17,000 feet of clay sewer pipe.
Reservoir Pump Station Rehab (2/18 – 1/19)
This 3.5 million dollar upgrade included replacing 6 vertical turbine pumps with three 14 MGD horizontal split case pumps. Duties include assisting the project manager in representing the owner performing construction management duties, coordinating with Engineer and Contractors to resolve issues in the field, attending monthly construction meetings, oversighting project progress, Quality Control via site inspection, reviewing and recommending pay requests for approval, monitoring project costs and schedule, working with contractor to complete punch-lists, participating in commissioning, and reviewing project close-out documents.
Chemical Systems Upgrade (8/18 – 9/19)
This 5.5 million dollar upgrade includes upgrading Chemical Oxident Equipment, Chemical Coagulant Facility, replace Lime Silos with Lime Slurry Facility, Flouride equipment and Corrosion Control Chemical relocation, and building improvements. Duties include assisting the project manager in representing the owner performing construction management duties, review and comment on plans and specs during the design phase, attend Bid Openings and Preconstruction meetings, coordinating with Engineer and Contractors to resolve issues in the field, attending weekly and monthly construction meetings, oversighting project progress, Quality Control via site inspection, submittal review, reviewing quantities and recommending pay requests for approval, monitoring project costs and schedule, working with contractor to complete punch-lists, participating in commissioning, and reviewing project close-out documents.
RAW Water Pumping Station Upgrades (12/18-01/20)
This $14.5 million upgrade consists of constructing a new Pump Intake Structure extending 50 feet deep and 100 offset from the Conasauga River. This structure is connected to the existing wet well with a 54” Carrier Pipe inserted into an eight foot tunnel. The project involved replacing 18, 24 and 36 MGD pumps with four 10 MGD vertical turbine pumps, constructing 100 feet of an 8 foot diameter tunnel with 54” pipeline, constructing 1000 feet of 48” Raw Water pipe, five underground 42” Ball Valve vaults and two vaults for 48” venture meters. Duties include, represent the owner on and performing construction management duties, review and comment on plans and specifications during the design phase, attend Bid Openings and Preconstruction meetings, coordinating with Engineer and Contractors to resolve issues in the field, attending monthly construction meetings, oversighting project progress, QC, submittal review, reviewing quantities and recommending pay requests for approval, and monitoring project costs and schedule.

This $215 million project consists of a 305 acre Reservoir, 18 mgd Water Treatment Plant, and a River Intake Pump Station at the Etowah River.
From July 2016 to present my role is a Project Engineer is to provide assistance to the Project Manager and Superintendent on the jobsite processing submittals, managing subcontractors, resolving field issues, and Quality Control for the construction for Structural Steel, Roof Trusses and Decking, prefabricated Stainless Steel piping systems, and Pre-cast Concrete Meter and Valve Vaults. Other duties include tracking and creating RFI's, negotiating Change Orders, contract management and cost management over subcontractors.
Shakerag Water Reclamation Facility
Suwanee, Georgia
This $30 million project for Forsyth County can produce up to 1.25 MGD of treated wastewater. This plant features a leading edge technology membrane filtration facility with packaged Headworks Facility, biology basins and membrane tanks, chemical facility, operations and membrane equipment building, and dewatering building.
From November 2015 to July 2016 my role as a project Project Engineer was to assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with quality control, resolve field conflicts, and managing sub-contractors for the Administration Building including: HVAC, Plumber, Drywall, Flooring, and OH Doors. Other duties include processing submittals, negotiating change orders, tracking and creating RFI's, and aiding in the troubleshooting process during commissioning.
2015 Construction Project Engineer

Primary responsibilities include Construction Management and Administration duties over DeKalb County water and sewer projects. Projects includes the construction of a 5300 foot 16 inch D.I. Water Main along Mt Vernon Road and 2700 feet of a 6” force main with mag-meter
