Responsibilities
●Direct reporting to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper
●Conducted regular duty rounds in the hotel premises to maintain the quality --standards.
●Was actively involved in Housekeeping Dept. checking the each floors everyday
●Blocking the rooms according to the daily arrival ( reservation request )
●Conducting the training program each month for the staff
●Actively involved in supervising a team of housekeeping assistants to manage entire operative smoothly
●Provide associative with skills training to extend value added survive to guests.
●Ensured proper management of Room inventory to minimize the cost. Problem resolving and flow management of housekeeping operations.
●Plane and manage hotel operational activities by coordinating smooth functioning between Front office, Sales, Catering and other departments.
●Checking each room thoroughly according to the arrival for the day
●Assist in monitoring and controlling the procedure including lost and found, key control, security and emergency, linen and uniform inventories etc.
