• The ability to Construction Barcode Targeted sequencing libraries.

• Execute different plat forms of (gDNA) genome DNA libraries (48 gene-panel gDNA library, hot spot-panel gDNA library, low depth coverage gDNA library) and others related protocols.

• Received and evaluate different types of biological specimens from departments (tissue specimens, blood, saliva ...etc.) and keep them appropriately.

• Extract, denature and purify DNA from assorted specimen types.

• Measure DNA quality and concentration using Micro Nucleic Acid Quantifier NV 3000C device.

• Check the quality of gDNA raw data using FastQC software.

• Extract cell free DNA (cfDNA) from Blood Plasma and measure concentration and quality using Qubit device.

• Fully preparer different concentration agarose gel, using electrophoresis device to run the gel observing the DNA samples bands.

• Perform PCR, hybridization, and genetic sequencing methods.
