Recruitment

Handled end to end recruitment activities of Banking Operation both Technical &

Coordinate with Project/Line Managers for collecting requirement & Job description.

Payroll Responsibilities

Collaborate for processing of Final pay, generating report, attending quires of employees and co-ordinate all payroll process & identify payroll discrepancy and process necessary action, Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law

Collaborate in Exit & HR Off-boarding Process of different religion (ASEAP) and calculation of annual leave, rolling out Employment Certificate, Experience Letter, Pay-Slip to the employees.

Resolving employee payroll related discrepancies.

Supervise the payroll activity, compute monthly salaries taking into consideration leaves, deductions, overtime pay and allowances, prepare salary sheets and oversee release of payments on due date

Assist Auditors during internal and external audits related to payroll by following company standards and policies.
