Project Title: Improvement in Vendor Payment Process at Dahej Port (APDPPL)

Developed an understanding of dry cargo operations and port tariff structure.

Identified 45+ operational activities of dry cargo that are outsourced to vendors.

Mapped 23 vendors related to various activities with contracted rates and payment cycle.

Proposed vendor payment process in order to bring out efficiencies in process by reducing payment cycle and scope for negotiation.
