As a result, clients have experienced reductions in clerical hours per case of up to 40 percent and an increase in document generation throughput of more than 200 percent. CRIMES™ suite contains modules offering special functionality in Adult Criminal Prosecutions, Victim/Witness, Juvenile Prosecutions, and Juvenile Wards of the Court, Investigations, Worthless Check Prosecutions, Traffic, Civil Matters, and Welfare Fraud. CRIMES handles all the routine details associated with prosecution, so that prosecutors and their staff have more time to focus on trial strategy, investigation of cases, communications with victims and witness, and development of innovative crime prevention programs.
My Role
As a Quality analyst was involved in automating the functional testing using QTP, involved right from designing of Test plan, authoring test cases and execution and reporting the defect status periodically
Responsibilities
Recording the functional test cases and executing the same and report the defects in QC.
Retesting the closed defects to ensure system behaves as per the requirements
Creating the standard test suite for each functional flow of the system
Customized the templates with proper approval of PMO to use for the project
Performed Root cause analysis along with developer using the 5 why’s and Cause–and–Effect (Fishbone Diagram Procedure)
