The ORIoN system improves user effectiveness by providing comprehensive deal setup and transaction processing the Structured Finance business of ITS (Institutional Trust Services) typically ORIoN application support ABS (Asset Backed Securities), MBS (Mortgage Backed Securities), and CDO

(collateralized Debt Obligation) Deals.

ORIoN is a system that links various systems & processes involved in ABS/MBS process. ORIoN also supports monthly processing, report production, interface management, between LRPS & Registrar, Transtar, DSE (Debt Service Environment/Engine), TAS, Administration, and operation control.The ORIoN system feeds data downstream to Transtar, DSE and TAS application it also includes a workflow engine that allows users to control the various steps required to complete a monthly payment cycle.
