• Audited 70% of Business Processes/ITGC controls for 2 primary clients, AIG and New York Life Insurance Company, focusing on new business, premium/loan repayments, fund-related transactions, and death claim controls. Gathered information from client financial statements to generate 17 Evidence Gathering Activities (EGAs) reports utilized to assess risk and ensure controls effectiveness.
