Product & Growth Manager

I'm an entrepreneur and seasoned product manager. I have over 10 years of experience in both consumer and enterprise technology, product development, marketing and data driven growth management. I have successfully helped companies, including my own, move from concept to scale. I bring real passion and experience, genuine creativity and a consistent approach. I passionately care about creating product value that focuses on outcomes, solves real customer problems and leverages data-driven growth. I thrive on working in the unknown and am constantly looking to simplify and deliver new innovative experiences. I believe in trade-offs and hold that focus means saying no. I advocate that roadmaps are evidence of strategy and not lists of features. July 2018 - Current

Cisco Cloud Security

My objective is to operationalize a product growth function and define our strategy for growth and user expansion across the customer lifecycle. I am responsible for owning, defining and leading the growth strategy for Cisco cloud security, the enterprise SaaS platform currently protecting over 25 millions users daily.

Together with various functional stakeholders, we are determining the highest impact variables and levers to unlock growth and optimize the path to product value for both prospects and customers. Our goal is to make data-informed decisions that benefit users with clean, streamlined experiences. Ultimately, I am responsible for identifying, prioritizing and managing the execution of product changes that enhance the Cisco Umbrella experience, and drive QoQ revenue growth. A large part of this involves working across our whole product organization to implement a data-driven, customer value focused, approach to product development.

Senior Manager, Cloud Infrastructure

Cisco Cloud Security

I was part of a new business group within Cisco cloud security - infrastructure engineering - tasked with defining how Cisco builds, operates and scales products on a global cloud infrastructure and security platform.

Our objective was to build and scale a suite of products, tools and services that would enhance the Cisco developer experience and shape the future in cloud architecture and application development. As Cisco mobilizes to enable the growth of its SaaS business, so must internal tools, services, operations and process. Our team was tasked with helping to define the strategy, prioritize service development and bring that transformation to market, internally within Cisco. Lead Product Manager

Eventbase

Eventbase is the world's most trusted event technology platform. I joined Eventbase to establish and scale the product organization, product development practice and create an Enterprise SaaS strategy to pivot the existing services business and create new revenue streams. Summary

Some of our most notable accomplishments included: Being featured in over 40 publications around the World, appearing on CBC's Dragons' Den in front of two million people with an offer from the Dragons, growing and managing a team of 7, consistently scaling MoM, both in terms of revenue and overall growth metrics.
