Implemented Visual Factory tools to improve operations and collect part traceability data for night vision, integrated missile guidance systems. Integrated MES (SAP ME) to ERP+ SCADA devices, serialization and part marking. Implement management KPIs tools, i.e., strategy on a page (SoaP) for key measurements and performance indicators.

Developed demand forecasting models with ERP intelligence to improve the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) as my Green Belt certification project. Used historical sales, capacity and forecast data to drive daily scrum meetings to reduce backlog.

Improved component and lot/batch traceability. Implemented serialization and bar code technology (2D data matrix and 1D laser marking) for compliance and full traceability replacing paper and disparate excel based systems.
