Senior IT Project Manager

Managed IT Asset Management program consolidating all enterprise assets (approximately 35,000) into a single service repository. This included leading discovery of assets, identifying solutions for asset import into ServiceNow, creating the governance structure and setting deployment schedules for all Deluxe business sectors.

Managed enterprise networking project moving corporate firewall security to the Cloud utilizing AWS and Palo Alto Networks. Project budget was slightly over $1 million with an internal Deluxe team of around 15 and 2 teams of external consultants.

Directed a $5 million a year contract supporting the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Screening Partnership Program covering the business and digital transformation/IT Modernization of this government program.

Managed PMO covering 25 airport vendors providing private air security services to the Federal government.

Managed Oracle Cloud implementation to collect operational metrics from 25 airport vendors to provide analytics information to the SPP office.

Developed over 30 standardized deliverable templates to be utilized by airport contractors to seamlessly submit contract required reporting to TSA.

Vice President / Program Manager

Managed business activities as Vice President for Transportation Solutions and a member of the Unispec senior management team where he directed Unispec's federal government surface transportation portfolio valued at over $12 million a year.

Managed the day to day operations as the Program Manager at the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) where he managed 60 professionals and 5 project managers at U.S. DOT Headquarters and at PHMSA Regional Offices around the United States.

Managed Agile development for multiple PHMSA IT projects utilizing development of in-house tools to provide agency leadership with better and more timely information on agency activities across the United States.

Managed a $5 million a year contract for the U.S DOT’s Intelligent Transportation Systems Joint Program Office (ITS-JPO) with a staff of project managers, staff, and subcontractors providing PMO support, executive support, administrative and support services, research, engineering, contractual, communications, logistics, information technology, and program management services.

Successfully managed the ITS JPO PMO (over $100 million-dollar 3rd party vendor portfolio) and provided actionable financial and information reporting to departmental leadership.

Lead multi-vendor team that established a framework for integrating connected vehicle technologies and identify interfaces for standardization for the Connected Vehicle Reference Implementation Architecture.
