Reviewing Project contract, WBS, Schedule, specifications and Applicable codes & Standards.

Preparation, Implementation and control of project Quality Manual.

Preparation, Implementation of Quality Documents like Method of Statements, Procedures, ITPs, Welding Documents (PQR, WPS, WPQ) and Records.

Attending management meetings.

Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.

Ensuring that all construction drawings are approved, having the latest revision and stamped for construction.

Ensure the safety is adhered to at site.

Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.

Review the Client specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector.

Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by vendors.

Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.

Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action immediately.

Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the Client.

Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel

Supervision on inspections of delivered materials to site and ensuring that loading, off loading and storage for materials are conformed to specified requirements.

Ensure approved welding procedures, methods and consumables are used by qualified personnel to ensure all quality requirements of construction and fabrication are met in accordance with Company procedures and international codes of practice.

Monitor Welder performance Qualification and conduct visual inspections of welds and repairs of welds in accordance with Company procedures and international codes of practice.

Review verification of electrodes backing and holding temperature including control and issue.

Review verification of welding machine and electrode baking and storage to ensure all equipment meets job requirement specifications.

Review fit up and dimension inspections as per Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and review radiography test film.

Witness of the required non-destructive test & reviewing its document.

Review hydrostatic and/or pneumatic tests procedures & ITPs on static equipment. which includes the review of Hydrostatic, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams as well as Safety Instruction Sheets to assure that the correct pressure is used and the relief valves are properly set and installed.

Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.

Reviewing documents related to Cement Mortar Lining and External coating of pipeline.
