Provide HR Support to over 1500 employees including junior staff, middle-level managers, senior managers, and Senior Management executives located across different business units across the group in over 30 different sites from the Group Administrative Head Office.

I partner and liaise with unit/divisional heads on performance appraisal of staff, collation and communication of appraisal feedback to Senior Management for effective decision making.

Support the delivery of cyclical HR Processes such as performance management, succession planning, manpower planning, Leadership and Mentorship, and salary review.
