As a motivated, innovative, and detail-oriented professional with experience in a variety of industries including construction, education and distribution, I bring tremendous value to the companies I work with. I am fairly unique in that I love working with people and balance that with a love for analysis, design, programming and technology. Working with Az Chapter National Safety Council for nearly 30 years has provided me with extensive knowledge related to database interfacing with multiple platforms using the AS400 as the primary system. Working with Paddock Pools on both pool builds and retail, I designed much of their construction, accounting, job cost, budget reporting and inventory control systems. I built AS400 interfaces with a Windows-based service tracking system along with a Unix-based retail system. As a consultant, I worked with every level from the CEO to the front line designing and integrating future systems with current processes. These varied experiences provided me the opportunity to work in teams, manage projects, and advance my skills with human resources, customer service and employee management. I have a tremendous capacity for handling stressful situations, problem solving and decision making.
