Drawing studying and capture the operations and its process sequence. Preparing the draft drawings by Auto Cad for individual operation. Technical Specification (Material, Drawing Standard )

Ensure full technical understanding of drawing and PO scope details against of project to maintain planning & scheduling.

Read the scope of supply, Develop & implement the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). using Excel Planning & Scheduling.

Material reservation for Routine Maintenance Work orders. Preparation of Job plans for Preventive Maintenance.

Production and back log Follow up Ensure the schedule on daily, weekly & monthly Basis. identify the necessary tasks for work order execution

Where possible, associate the appropriate resources (Labor, Materials, Service and Tools) Build a work forecast to identify the most likely scheduled dates and associated required by dates for material / service order requirements.

Provide information for work orders to proceed and initiate the formal request for materials and services via the Supply Chain Release work orders to be scheduled.

Daily site visit and verify completion of work order as per committed dates.

Attending daily progress meeting with other departments/divisions, indicating any bottlenecks and taking timely remedial action.
