Housing Manager

San Francisco Art Institute, March 2019 - Present

Employed at SFAI from May 2016 - Present as Associate Dean of Student Affairs

● Manage an 80-person single and double occupancy residence operation as live-in staff.

● Build good relations with all residents, communicate any construction or maintenance work or outages that are to be expected.

● Supervise a team of 6 front desk concierge and security staff.

● Elevate maintenance issues to the maintenance team and follow up as needed. Reactive to resident issues and reports and proactive to common are and facility wide issues.
