● Manage an 80-person single and double occupancy residence operation as live-in staff.

● Serve as the administrator on-call for emergencies available 24/7: interface with SFPD, SFFD, EMT’s and family members of residents.

● Manage the fire panel and call to cancel SFFD in the case of false alarm.

● Work with Accounts Receivable to coordinate all billing and collection of rent.

● Build community through irregular social programming throughout the year.
