Operations manager 2017-present

Manager for all areas within Brock services at the Kingsport site including janitorial service, operations support (packaging, drumming, industrial cleaning), trucking and warehousing. Duties included Interviewing, staffing, training, productivity management, safety and other aspects of meeting customer needs for Brock employees in all service departments with a total of over 800 employees. Performed work with HR on all aspects of staffing that includes requiting, interviewing, hiring and terminations as needed. Worked with both the quality and safety departments on process improvements, documenting and establishing procedures, as well as safety improvements.

Warehouse Manager 2003-2015 and 2016-2017

Managed warehouse for raw and finished goods in customer facility with approximately 1,000,000 square feet of warehouse space with approximately 10,000,000 pounds of throughput daily. Managed all areas of finished goods warehouses with products from all divisions at a major chemical manufacturing plant. Worked with inventory control program to insure accurate real time inventory.

Interim Site manager for Site in Martinsville Va. 2015-2016

Managed all aspects of staffing, scheduling and training for all Brock employees at the site. Responsible for payroll, quality, safety and performance for 90 employees at two plant sites. Worked with customers to develop procedures and productivity goals for both sites.

Materials Handling Manager 2000-2003

Managed operations support, packaging product and materials handling for several departments in a customer facility. Worked with customers on process improvements, lean and six sigma events.
