• Integral in the establishment and development of a newly-created Accounting department at Kontoor Brands, spun off from VF Corporation’s Jeanswear Division in May 2019 (including Lee and Wrangler denim brands; $2.5 billion revenue in 2019).

• Onboarded a team of four direct report accountants – two new Kontoor employees and two former VF employees transitioning into accounting roles for the first time.

• Manages four direct reports in three separate teams who support month-end / quarter-end / year-end closing and forecasting activities for six Kontoor entities. Tasks include reviewing: o Journal entries posted in SAP ERP system and the submission of actuals into BPC consolidation tool. o Balance sheet reconciliations.

o BPC schedules supporting 10-Q and 10-K footnotes. o Balance sheet and P&L forecasts input into SAP submitted into BPC. o Royalty revenue recognition procedures per ASC 606. • Prepares variance analyses of actuals-to-forecast and month-over-month, and presents variance results in a monthly meeting of peer managers, as well as FP&A and senior leadership.
