To Whom it May Concern,

As an Executive Leadership Coach for 30+ years, I have had the opportunity to directly work with and coach thousands of CEO’s, COO’s, Business owners and leaders, many of whom are thought leaders- including Zig Ziglar, Denis Waitley, Brian Tracy, Jack Canfield, and Stephen R. Covey. One of those is your current applicant, Dan Mead. I have known him for many years; he has been a great employer, leader, co-worker, and champion for the team. As a leader he is forthright while at the same time possessing a gentle nature and disposition. People want to work for and with him. He is adept at reading and working with people, and enjoys helping them while bringing out the best in each person.

Dan is also exceptional with public speaking and presenting to large audiences. I’ve seen him in intimate leaderships sessions, many small group settings and a few very large gatherings. Across the board he is articulate, able to relate complex information in a manner that an audience can grasp readily, while relating engaging stories. Presentation skills in visual media, physical stature and verbal delivery are all very good. He does this very well, on a professional level. Over the last 7 years, I’ve watched him as an owner build businesses and manage teams,

‘dedicated’ is the word that comes into my mind when I think of Dan Mead. Dedicated to the idea, to the goal, to the team. Complex systems, project management, goal setting and processes seem second nature to him and it is second nature to him to put in the extra work needed to get something accomplished.

He has a certain energy for a problem, leaning into design theory, creativity and team involvement. As a co-founder and COO I have seen him serve in the following capacities and responsibilities: It is with great enthusiasm that I recommend Dan Mead. All my best,

John Beaman
