Ensure complete and accurate tax compliance and tax accounting in conjunction with a 3rd party provider.

Ensure accounting systems and processes are continually streamlined via process improvement to achieve greater efficiencies and accuracy in the level and timeliness of reporting (continuous improvements).

Ensure that the operational and design effectiveness of internal controls is maintained. Manages loan covenants, compliance and reporting with lenders and banking partners.

Administer the commission plan. Work closely with Sales to refine the commission plan to ensure sales behavior is aligned with company objectives.

Manage key COGS expenses in close collaboration with the operating managers.

Build relationships cross-functionally to foster collaboration both inside and outside of the Finance & Accounting team. Assists the sales/marketing and manufacturing functions in matching financial capability of company assets and resources to the forecast for sales/shipments.
