Solutions Architect (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - PaaS/SaaS Services), Conduent Inc 01/19-Present

As part of Conduent’s Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) team, I am working as Oracle cloud consultant and solution architect for Conduent's global finance Order-to-Cash (OTC) program for their Cloud transformation journey. This process includes cross-functional reviews and approval of contractual terms that relate to billing and revenue requirements and deliverables. Working as a Cloud Infrastructure Solution Architect for Oracle SaaS and PaaS public cloud technology along with expertise in PaaS/IaaS Cloud services such as Oracle Database (DBaaS/DBCS), Java (JCS), SOA/MFT, DIPC-EDQ, ODI and Integration (ICS), Oracle Analytic Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Management Cloud (OMC). As part of this role which requires a broad range of skills and the ability to step into different roles depending on the size and scope of the project; my primary responsibility is to provide guidance, technical solutions and cloud infrastructure operations support using Oracle cloud services in SaaS and PaaS space for overall OTC, Middleware architecture, database and WebLogic administration, data and user security, SSO, Oracle IDCS, Secured networking and data modeling. In this role, I have been supporting Conduent and Deloitte IT and Business teams with combination of deep technical and administration/analysis knowledge of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure along with providing escalation support to a wide range of complex production environment problems related to immense growth, scaling, leveraging the cloud, extremely high performance, and high availability requirements.

Responsible for architecting, planning, solutioning enterprise application transformations as well as overseeing an end-to-end pursuit to cash finance transformation, architect Cloud Infrastructure landscape, Product selections, Implement Oracle cloud solutions for order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, Financial Planning and performance, Workflow, Autonomous Platforms, Master data management, Architecture Governance, Manage solution architecture and IT/Business transformation.

Using Oracle SaaS and PaaS public cloud services, delivered Phase 1-Wave 1 in Jan 2020 and went live on production which concentrated on Order Setup. Next Phase 1-Wave 2 is covering Billing, Revenue, Accounts Receivables, and Cash Collections

Implemented SSO solution with Conduent’s NetIQ Identity Provider and Oracle’s SaaS/PaaS services for users and roles synchronizations. Evaluate technical solution for User Identity Management provisioning tool and integrate them with Oracle cloud using Oracle IDCS for PaaS and SaaS.

Migration services from existing Oracle cloud OCI-C account to newly established universal credit program under OCI infrastructure on various availability domain (AD) and regions.

Design and setup secured channel between Conduent and Oracle cloud network using Oracle provided solutions at VCN.
