Indus is supplying various ranges of Fans ceiling fan, table fan, Wall Mounted Fan, Pedestal Fans, Home and Kitchen appliances with his various applications of water heater, Mixer Grinder Juicer, Induction Cook top, Gas stove and water purifier with his reputed customers.

Role and Responsibilities as a Production and Planning Head:-

Responsible for all over Plant production and Planning MIS preparation (Plan Vs Actual).

Ensure proper planning and execution of raw material on assembly lines as per customer demand.

Responsible for Production output and quality to ensure customer demand

Monitor timely maintenance of machinery and equipments.

Maintain and update all HR and admin documents.

Inventory control and planning of slow moving items.

Timely review of items and BOM material.

Manage all functions of a well run manufacturing plant Appoint staff and ensure maximum efficiencies,

Control wastage and keep expenses at minimum, Timely dispatch of orders.

Deal with vendor and supplier for line installation equipments and components.

Deal with vendor and supplier for material and priority plan.

Prepare all production documents to make ready production line for audit and mass production.

Planning and proper execution of 4M.

Periodic Review of Production Targets, achievements, deviations and preparation of corrective action plan using statistical tools / techniques to impact on process for improvements

Rejection control, analysis and resolve daily production problem.

Coordination with respective departments within the company to achieve customer and company vision and mission.

Prepare Production manual, Work instruction, Control plan, SOP, OPL, Micro Audits and Positive controls.

SFG & FG Stock creation in SAP for Production and monthly Plant WIP report generation
