Development Consultant: Responsible for oversight, hiring, training and implementing improvements for Development staff of four. Initiated first targeted fundraising event and first annual fund campaign, raising more than $100,000. Increased membership by more than 250 people, created five-year Development plan, and improved staffing by hiring four new personnel. Managed all aspects of the Annual Giving Program. Designed three constituent fund-raising appeals and ran reunion, trustee, alumni, grandparent and current parent giving. Doubled reunion and current parent giving and increased annual unrestricted giving by over $1,000,000 in less than three years. Worked with Trustees, faculty, alumni, students and parent volunteers.
