WORK EXPERIENCE

1. At&t, Verizon

As a Lead Process consultant / Business Analyst following are the key responsibilities

• Contributes to Company success by ensuring process capability, control, and improvement by working on demand generation creating functional requirements for the product line or segment.

• Conduct Assessments with the cross functional teams to create user stories

• Consult with business and process leaders to identify key metric points conforming to IT delivery teams

• Prepare Visio process flow diagrams using BPMN 2.0 standards and coordinate with IT and Business stakeholders to get sign-offs

6. British Telecom - Process Design for Ethernet Products As a Process Designer & Team Leader was responsible for the following activities:

• Impact assessment & feasibility study of different proposed solutions clearly stating the pros & cons of each options & thus helping business to arrive at most feasible/optimal solution

• Leading High level process designs for Ethernet products such as BES, EAD etc

• Liaising with Operations to get their acceptance to proposed process.

• Identifying the training needs of Operations

• Low level process designing for 21CN Ethernet product for different releases & supported wargaming.
